Owner’s order: fourth, after the C library (it reuses its allocator and baked settings) and before the HTTP server’s second half. Record: ADR-119. Nothing built (the compiler knows x86_64-linux, aarch64-linux and wasm32-unknown).
A bare-metal target with user_parallelism pinned to no; no_std emission with a target prelude and abort; the target’s executor over described crates with interrupts as wakers and irq::on(vector, fn() sync); a heap by default and an allocation = "startup" profile over a derived allocates column; locks as critical sections; runtime settings baked at build time. Claims no certification.
Order of work (ADR-119 §5): the target and the pin; no_std emission; the std half over described crates; allocates and the profile; build-time settings and the deadline; the availability rows and a first program.
