Since about 05:09 UTC on 2026-10-03, the Cloudflare check Workers Builds: nikaia has failed on every pull request. Examples: #356, #357, #358, #365.

What it looks like

• Usually instant: the check starts and fails in the same second, so the build never runs.
• Once after five minutes: on #356’s second head it ran for about 5 minutes before failing.

What I checked

• Local build is fine: scripts/site-build.sh on the same heads builds cleanly, about 228 pages.
• Workaround: running it locally needed a binstub for jekyll (bundle exec jekyll was not found as root).
• Diffs are clean: none of the diffs add Liquid markers.

What is needed

Someone with access to the Cloudflare dashboard has to read the build log. From inside the repository it cannot be seen whether this is a quota, a token or a configuration problem.
