Step 4 of ADR-143 §5, with D3-D5 of ADR-254: the driver package with a DDL grammar and a query grammar, the schema check, and a connection whose type carries the schema it was opened for: a statement handed a connection of another schema is refused while the program is built; the same schema is the same build-time value.
Done when: an example with a misspelled column is refused at the query, in Nikaia’s words. postgres is the next driver (#105, fortunes.nika, needs it).
