Found while moving diagnostics into Nikaia (Part of #125): log_internal appends a line to a log file, and std has no fs append, only whole-file write. Without it that piece stays in Rust.

Supervisor decision (obvious by the principles: the plain counterpart of the existing write, no new concept): add an append to the std fs module, same error shape as write.

To build

1. std fs: append text to a file, creating it if absent; same error type as write.
2. A tests/compiler test writing twice and reading back.
3. Then move log_internal (diagnostics) into diagnostics.nika.
