Found by the QA agent during the fix forward 0647154f.

A debug build (cargo build -p nikaia) stops on the recursion limit in the winnow-grammar rt.rs. The release and fast profiles build fine, and CI builds release, so CI does not catch it.

Probe: cargo build -p nikaia

To build

1. Find which type or expansion goes deep in debug (probably a nested parser type). Remove the depth, or raise recursion_limit with the reason written beside it.
2. Have CI or the pre-push check build debug once, so this cannot come back unnoticed.
