A Language Server Protocol implementation, so editors such as VS Code get more than syntax highlighting (editors/vscode has highlighting only).
Scope, not yet work: no record turns it into a plan. It reuses the parser and AST; since the syntax tree is Nikaia (ADR-252) the server could be written in the language it serves. Needs a record (what it answers, what it reads from the ledger, how it handles a file in a project: see the --input decision) before it becomes work.
it needs to be written in Nikaia. it must work the similar way then normal nika call, e.g. all files in the directory are visible.
