Commit: yaml: read hexadecimal digits with the built-in hex_digit (#1002)
Body: Hex is now h:hex_digit -> { hex_value(h) } and UriChar/TagChar take "%" hex_digit hex_digit; is_hex is gone, since the grammar was its only user (number reading uses hex_value, not is_hex). Escape decoding is unchanged (quoted_scalars passes byte for byte). Two error positions in errors_carry_line_and_column.stdout moved back by one: "x \x4G" was 1:11 at byte 10 and is now 1:10 at byte 9, the G; "\u12" was 1:10 at byte 9 and is now 1:9 at byte 8, the closing quote that is not a digit. x:any if(is_hex(x)) consumed the bad character before its guard failed, so the old position pointed one past it. hex_digit fails where the bad character starts, which is “where reading stopped”. The contracts, derived and lock files follow the source.
