Cause: ae09d775 (p12, #1053) - test red: c_library::the_example_builds_and_its_c_program_runs, examples::every_example_package_passes_its_own_tests (–locked: nikaia.proofs of c-library and tally lack the answers to goals the i64 length now states; a warm cache hid it)
Fixed: examples/c-library/nikaia.proofs and examples/tally/nikaia.proofs regenerated by an unlocked build from a clean target (3 new refuted entries added, none changed).
Tests: both failing tests, run from cold example targets and cold target/nikaia-example-tests: 2 passed (were failing); pre-push-check clean.
