Fix forward: nikaia_test::the_compiler_test_package_passes_at_both_settings red on befae38b

CI run 40346853883 (develop befae38b, after the lowered-files regeneration): only this test of -p nikaia --test it fails (2886 passed, 1 failed), on x86 and arm64. Find which program in tests/compiler fails at which setting (target/fast/nikaia test tests/compiler, build with cargo build --profile fast -p nikaia first), why (suspects: 8e86495d catch/owned_catches fix, #855 emit_tables, #857), and fix at the root with a test. Commit only your files, git push origin develop. Do not touch version lines. Report the cause.
